World Giraffe Day Celebration - New Date June 26

Come join us in celebration of World Giraffe Day!

We will be celebrating our long-neck friends on Saturday, June 26, 2021, 9:30 am - 3:30 pm, in hopes of raising $1,000 for the Giraffe Conservation Fund.

Entrance to the event is included with regular admission ticket for the zoo. (Zoo Members free).

There will be extended giraffe feeding times, activities for children, keeper chats about the zoo's African animals, and one-of-a kind paintings created by Benjamin.

9:30 am - "All About Giraffe" Table Opens
Learn about the giraffe, participate in children's activities, and more
10 am - Porcupine Keeper Chat
10-11:30 am - Extended Giraffe Feeding
12:30 pm - Giraffe Keeper Chat (Facebook Live)
1 pm - Katrina the Leopard Keeper Chat
1:30 pm - Nandi the Lion Keeper Chat
1:30-3 pm - Extended Giraffe Feeding
2 pm - Baboon Keeper Chat
